“South America and Duke Ellington” Ep 1 Pt 3 Guacamole!



  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 2 roma tomatoes deseeded and chopped
  • 1/2 red onion finely chopped
  • 2 limes squeezed
  • handful of cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin
  • pinch of cayenne
  • salt/pepper to taste

Mash up with a fork until you reach desired consistency.
